Rapper Megan Thee Stallion sued by cameraman claiming he was forced to watch her have s3x
Former cameraman Emilio Garcia has lodged allegations of harassment against American rapper Megan Thee Stallion, contending that she coerced him into witnessing her engage in sexual activity. In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Garcia claims he was instructed to remain silent about the incident and subsequently subjected to mistreatment, including fat-shaming and differential treatment by Megan. Garcia commenced working for Megan Thee Stallion in 2018, resigning from his other job in 2019 to join her team full-time. The lawsuit indicates his employment with the rapper lasted until June 2023. During a tour with Megan in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022, Garcia alleges he found himself in an uncomfortable situation when Megan and another woman began engaging in sexual activity next to him in a moving SUV. Feeling embarrassed and unable to leave the vehicle, Garcia states he endured the ordeal in distress. Following the incident, Megan purportedly warned Garcia not to discuss what he witnessed and proceeded to criticize him, including making derogatory remarks about his weight. The lawsuit, filed on April 23, accuses Megan Thee Stallion of creating a hostile work environment and harassment. As of now, Megan Thee Stallion has not responded to the allegations. These developments emerge shortly after Megan was honored at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York’s Spring Into Action gala.
